iGEM Ulaval 2023
We were able to express this part using a standard IPTG induction protocol. Cells were incubated for 18 hours overnight at 26 °C. Under our protocol, we were able to see significant overproduction of proteins. We qualitatively tested the enzyme and detected a strong α-galactosidase activity.
